How to Use
Apply after moisturiser and primer using fingertips, a sponge or foundation brush. Blend from the centre of the face outward and build coverage as needed.
For a lighter, more luminous finish, mix equal amounts of Velvet Matte Foundation and Glow Me Up Primer.
