How to Use

Place the felt tip against the eyelid as close to the lash line as possible. Glide from the inner to the outer corner of the eye in a smooth motion.

For a thicker or more intense line, apply a second stroke. To create a winged effect, extend the liner slightly upwards at the outer corner of the eye.
